Frequently asked questions

The Hotel Venus in Riccione is always available for the needs of its guests, which is why we have decided to draw up a list of frequently asked questions to solve any queries you may have. And in case you still have doubts or questions to ask us, do not hesitate to contact us!

- What time is the room available and by when must it be vacated?

Check-in is from 12.30 p.m. onwards, and check-out is by 9.30 a.m. During the night, a concierge service is available to guarantee the return or arrival of all guests at any time.
- What time are meals served in the facility?

Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am, lunch from 1pm, and dinner from 7.30pm. We kindly ask our guests to respect these times in order to best preserve the taste of our cuisine.


- What is included in the Half Board formula?

The Half Board option includes breakfast and a meal of your choice between lunch and dinner, subject to prior notification to reception. Should you require advice on where to dine or have lunch, reception will always be at your disposal.


- A member of my family is coeliac, is it possible to request gluten-free meals?

The kitchen not is certified as gluten-freebut it is possible to ask for specific dishes, or it is permitted and suggested to bring your own customary foodstuffs.


- What happens if I do not consume a meal included in the price of my stay?

Meals not taken without prior notice but included in the price of the stay will not be reimbursed. For this reason, we ask you to inform reception as soon as possible of any changes.
- Is parking available in the vicinity of the hotel?

Private parking is located directly on the premises and is included and guaranteed in the price of each guest's stay.
- Are there agreements with particular parks in Romagna?

The hotel provides a free pass for access to the Beach Village water park in Riccione for the duration of your stay.
- This year I have decided to go on holiday with my dog, is it possible to bring him into the facility?

Small pets are allowed with an extra charge of €10.00 for sanitation of the room and thorough cleaning at the end of the stay. For reasons of hygiene and safety, animals are not allowed in the restaurant room, only during breakfast access to the outdoor garden area is possible. All partner beaches, on the other hand, have a welcome area for four-legged friends.
- We are a large family and we all want to stay together, is it possible to book a connecting room?

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have connecting rooms, but it is still possible to request neighbouring rooms on the same floor.
- Are bicycle rentals available in the area?

The hotel itself offers its guests free use of bicycles for rides along Riccione's seafront promenade; night hours are excluded from the service for safety reasons.
- When is it necessary to settle the bill for the beach service?

The beach service is paid directly upon arrival at the bathing establishment of the guests' choice according to the conventions and price list in the facility or at the time of booking.
- I have made a reservation, is a deposit required?

Once the reservation is confirmed, the deposit must be sent by bank transfer or postal order for the amount requested by the facility.


- What payment methods can I use once I arrive at the hotel?

Many payment methods are accepted at the hotel: cash, cheques, bank transfers, debit and credit cards. It is therefore up to the guest to choose what they prefer!
- I changed my mind about my stay after booking, is it possible to get my deposit back?

In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will remain available for a stay in a subsequent period or year, but will not be returned.
